I anledning Dronning Sonjas 80-årsdag den 4. juli 2017, har 166 norske kunstnere gått sammen og donert et grafisk verk hver. I tillegg har de renommerte trykkerverkstedene Edition Copenhagen i København og Atelier Larsen i Helsingborg, donert hver sin samling med kunstnere som har trykket hos dem. Verkene danner åpningsutstillingen i Dronning Sonja KunstStall.
Mitt bidrag til Dronningens 80-års dag var en litografi jeg laget i 2013 med tittel "Skygger" , som måler 55x45cm.
Med grafikk menes kunstneriske billedtrykk som tradisjonelt blir trykket på papir, laget ved hjelp av en trykkplate, der bildet er utarbeidet for hånd med forskjellige verktøy og hjelpemidler. Trykkplaten kan være av metall, tre, linoleum eller stein, og bildet kan trykkes flere ganger med den samme trykkplaten. I den senere tid er det også blitt vanlig å trykke på og med andre materialer, og også lage monotypier hvor en tegner direkte på platen.

Exhibition of Dronning Sonja KunstStall.
In honour of the 80th birthday of Queen Sonja on 4 July 2017, a group of 166 Norwegian artists has donated one graphic print each. The works made up the opening exhibition of Dronning Sonja KunstStall.
My contribution to the Queen was a lithography made in 2013 titled "Shadows", 55x45 cm.
A graphic print is traditionally an artwork where the image is printed onto paper with the help of a printing plate. The image is worked into the plate by hand using various tools and appliances. The plate may be made of metal, wood, linoleum or stone, and the image may be printed multiple times with the same plate. In recent years it has become common to print on and with other materials and to make monotypes by painting directly onto the plate.
